♥ 1/3 cup plant milk of choice
♥ 1/2 tbsp green matcha powder
♥ 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
♥ 2 tsp maple syrup
♥ 1 tbsp coconut sugar
♥ pinch freshly grated nutmeg
♥ 1.5 cup ice cubes, slightly crushed by hand or by using ‘pulse’ on a blender
Coconut Latte Topping
♥ 3 cups full fat coconut milk
1. Add all the ingredients except the coconut milk into a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth and divide liquid into two glasses.
2. Blend the coconut milk on high speed for 5-6 minutes until slightly thick and frothy. Add the crushed ice into each of the glasses and then pour the coconut foam on top.
3. Sprinkle with nutmeg and extra matcha powder for extra zest and enjoy!
