Nowhere Man, Brighton
Take note of the title of this post, its not just a title, but actually holds a significant deeper meaning.
Soon, at some point, this blog that was once my baby, will be vanishing off of the internet planet. I was in a very different place when I started writing here in 2009 and as the content here has evolved, it has inevitably come to a standstill as I’ve grown.
I’ve spent the better part of the last 12 months overhauling my life, and in the latter part of that I’ve also been knocking down and rebuilding the foundations of my creative life. Life is too precious not to live intentionally, and I strive, with all thats in me, to live with intention and purpose because, let’s face it; this is it. Life’s not a dress rehersal – we only get one shot.
“The most important day of your life is the day you are born and the day you find out why.” – Mark Twain
My why is deeply rooted in my story, and from my own journey I’ve found that where passion and talent meet the biggest heartache of your life – that is always where your purpose is.
I feel like I’ve done a huge circle this last couple of years and it feels just like coming home.
I’m in the middle of re-branding. Which means the next stage of my creative life will look a lot more like the first part.
this and this
